Introduction
With this master’s degree, you will learn in a totally practical way and through real cases the strategies and methods used by managers and executives of clubs, federations, international organisations and the most important companies in the sports sector. During your training, you will discover the law, ethics and politics of sport, as well as the social, cultural and political factors that shape the industry, which will help you understand the complex and multifaceted nature of sports management and prepare you to succeed in a variety of roles within the industry.
In addition, you will be introduced to the latest technological innovations in the industry and learn how to use them to improve your efficiency and effectiveness. This includes learning about data analytics, sports science and digital marketing, as well as how to use these technologies to enhance fan experience and generate revenue. In addition, thanks to the faculty of working professionals, as well as the INCLUDED INTERNSHIPS, you will begin to network with top industry professionals, making connections that can lead to future employment opportunities.

Modalities
The master’s degree is structured in 4 months of lectures, which you can take online, via live broadcasts or in person at the Montjuic Stadium where a Sports hub is being created. These classes are completely practical and have the participation of professionals from the sector instead of conventional teachers.
Once this first stage has been completed, students will have the opportunity to:
- Carry out professional internships
Choose one of the two specialisations available:
- Executive Programme in Esports Management with Barça Innovation Hub + Face-to-face esports week in Barcelona
- Executive Program in International Expansion for Sports Properties powered by ISL Agency + one sports week in Miami
